Cabarrus County re-opened its Small Business Support Program application portal to give local businesses a second chance to apply for one-time grants of up to $10,000. Local businesses should act fast—the deadline to apply is Friday, November 19th. Cabarrus County dedicated $5 million in American Rescue Plan Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds to the program, which could help as many as 500 businesses.
