Queen City News is reporting that three cats and three dogs were rescued during a home fire in Concord at around 6pm New Year’s Day, according to the Concord Fire Department. The fire was discovered within three minutes in the attic, was extinguished within 9 minutes, and a search ensued for any additional hidden fires, officials said. Photo by Concord Fire
