A fire at a north Raleigh apartment forced dozens of residents out of their homes last night for the fourth time in less than 30 days. Firefighters said this fire caused more damage than other recent fires at the Bridges at North Hills complex, damaging 15% of the building and leaving two apartments uninhabitable. The other fires occurred on August 17th and September 1st.
