Rocky Mount police are looking for an armed suspect who robbed two stores in there yesterday morning. At 6:41am, officers responded to a Kangaroo convenience store on Wesleyan Blvd. Just 10 minutes later, officers responded to L&L Food Store on Hunterhill Road in reference to a second robbery. Police say the same person robbed both stores. An investigation is ongoing.
