Iredell County Sheriff Darren Campbell says a 19-year-old woman was found dead early yesterday morning at the Iredell County Detention Center. The woman, Jessica Cheyenne Nichols of Mooresville, was being held on a murder charge. The North Carolina SBI has been called in to investigate, Campbell said, which is standard protocol.
